1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the hlbjee website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by hlbjee and is made available to eligible players in Bangladesh. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any supplementary rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time. hlbjee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Access to hlbjee is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party.
• You are not a professionally trained or employed person whose role involves influencing the outcome of any sporting event listed on the Platform.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform or any related service operated by hlbjee.

During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. hlbjee reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued proof of identity and age — at any time. Accounts found to contain false or misleading information will be suspended and all balances forfeited pending investigation.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hlbjee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password for your hlbjee account and change it immediately if you believe it has been compromised.
• Log out of the Platform at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify hlbjee support immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• Never share your account credentials with any other person. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

hlbjee will treat all activity conducted using valid account credentials as authorised by the registered account holder. Any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested through a logged-in session are your sole responsibility.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

hlbjee supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following locally available payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following financial terms apply:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically within 24 hours of request submission, subject to identity verification and any applicable bonus wagering conditions being met.
• Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in BDT. hlbjee does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion.
• No third-party payments: Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. hlbjee will refuse and return payments from accounts belonging to third parties.
• Transaction fees: hlbjee does not charge platform-side fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Fees levied by your payment provider are outside hlbjee's control.

hlbjee reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request while conducting identity verification, fraud screening, or bonus-compliance checks. Where a withdrawal is declined on compliance grounds, the player will be notified with a reason and given a reasonable opportunity to provide the required documentation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, hlbjee may offer bonuses, free bet credits, deposit matches, reload offers, and other promotions to registered players. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer. Bonus funds that remain subject to wagering at expiry will be removed from your account.
• Bonuses may only be used on games or bet types specified in the individual offer. Certain game categories — such as live dealer tables — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any time unless hlbjee expressly states otherwise.
• hlbjee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use by a player.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including multi-accounting, coordinated bonus harvesting, or exploiting technical errors — will result in all associated bonuses being voided and accounts suspended.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on hlbjee are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market. The following general rules apply across all products on the Platform:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number is issued by the Platform and the stake is deducted from your account balance. Do not assume a bet has been placed until you have received confirmation.
• Obvious pricing errors: hlbjee reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly in error (e.g., odds significantly above prevailing market rates due to a technical fault). Affected players will be notified and the stake returned.
• Results and settlement: All sporting event results are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). For BPL and Bangladesh Tigers matches, official BCB results apply.
• Event cancellations: If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed without being completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all open bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play betting: In-play odds are subject to rapid change. Once an in-play bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled by the player.
• Maximum winnings: hlbjee reserves the right to set maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per market. These limits will be displayed within the relevant betting interface where applicable.

7. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

hlbjee is committed to providing a safe gambling environment for all players. The following responsible gaming measures are available to every registered account holder:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour review period.
• Session time reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when a play session has reached a duration you set.
• Cooling-off period: Request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any such gains will be reversed.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to obscure the origin of funds. hlbjee complies with applicable anti-money-laundering standards and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game or sporting event, including match-fixing, spot-fixing, or organised betting syndicates.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, including by using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Charging back, disputing, or reversing any deposit through your payment provider after wagers have been placed using those funds.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the hlbjee Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game assets, software, and data compilations — is the property of hlbjee or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of hlbjee.

10. Limitation of Liability

hlbjee provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hlbjee's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. hlbjee shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses, including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of profits, or loss of data. This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

hlbjee collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. hlbjee applies industry-standard SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform's servers and does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your hlbjee account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any active withdrawal holds or bonus wagering requirements. hlbjee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated. In such cases, hlbjee will retain any balance associated with prohibited activity pending investigation and will notify the account holder of the reason for closure within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which hlbjee operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through hlbjee's internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. 14. Changes to These Terms

hlbjee may update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, hlbjee will provide at least 7 days' notice via a prominent notice on the Platform before the revised Terms come into effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must close your account before the revision takes effect.
